Tajweed Play is an educational learning aid created to support Arabic-letter recognition, pronunciation practice, and foundational Tajweed learning. It should be used thoughtfully and, where possible, alongside qualified instruction.
1. Educational purpose only
Lessons, audio, exercises, scores, rewards, and other materials are provided for general educational and practice purposes. They are not a substitute for personalized teaching, professional assessment, or direct correction by a qualified Tajweed teacher.
2. Religious learning and guidance
Tajweed Play aims to present foundational learning carefully, but it does not issue religious rulings or replace a qualified scholar, Qari, Qariah, or teacher. Questions involving recitation validity, scholarly differences, religious obligations, or individual circumstances should be referred to an appropriately qualified person.
Audio playback and automated exercises cannot reliably identify or correct every pronunciation, articulation, or recitation issue.
3. Accuracy and updates
We work to keep content useful and accurate, but mistakes, omissions, technical variations, or outdated information may occur. Content may be corrected, replaced, reorganized, or removed without prior notice.

4. No guaranteed learning results
Progress depends on factors including practice, prior knowledge, device and audio quality, hearing conditions, personal learning needs, and access to teacher feedback. Scores, XP, streaks, achievements, and completion indicators measure activity within the service and do not certify mastery or qualification.
5. Service availability
The app, web version, API, downloads, audio, accounts, synchronization, notifications, and other features may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed, or interrupted because of maintenance, connectivity, security, device compatibility, or circumstances beyond our control.
Offline content may depend on prior download, available device storage, app permissions, and the continued compatibility of the installed version.
6. External links and third-party services
Tajweed Play may link to Google Play, Google Sign-In, Al Anhar Online Islamic Academy, payment or support methods, and other external services. We do not control their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not automatically mean endorsement of everything available through that service.
You are responsible for reviewing the relevant third-party terms and policies before using an external service.
7. User responsibility
- Use the service lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable policies.
- Protect account credentials and avoid sharing access tokens or passwords.
- Use a suitable device volume and environment when listening to audio.
- Supervise younger learners and seek qualified guidance when correction is needed.
- Maintain appropriate device backups and connectivity where progress synchronization is important.
8. No warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tajweed Play and Al Anhar Online Islamic Academy provide the service on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every learner or purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or linked third-party services. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
