Account deletion is permanent. You will lose your learning progress, rewards, and account history, and the account cannot be restored.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Tajweed Play and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and select Delete permanently.
This is the quickest method and deletes the account immediately after confirmation.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered with your Tajweed Play account. Include the account name and clearly state that you want the account permanently deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.
Never include your password in the request.

What is deleted
Deleting an account removes the account and associated data from the active service, including:
- Name, email address, profile image, and authentication records.
- Learning progress, play counts, exercise attempts, and results.
- XP, coins, streaks, achievements, downloads history, and notifications.
Lesson files already downloaded to a device can be removed separately from the app’s Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Limited retention
Limited information may remain temporarily in routine backups, security logs, or records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. It is not kept in the active account and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
